Ann Arbor City Council will determine whether to sell a city-owned parking lot, known as the Kline's Lot, to a luxury-housing developer. They had previously considered keeping the spot to build affordable housing. Some downtown business owners are concerned how the project is coming together and what it means for the future of Ann Arbor.
