July 9, 2024 ~ Lucy Ann Lance talks with Sharine Buddin, Executive Director, Family Learning Institute. Serving students in grades two through five, the institute collaborates with local schools, including Ann Arbor Public Schools, to identify and assist students who are behind in their reading skills. The program offers both in-person and virtual sessions to accommodate various needs. Despite a high demand for volunteers, the institute continues to grow by offering tailored programs and providing training and support to volunteers.
